According to the Kentucky State Police, first responders arrived at the scene shortly after the crash was reported. Eyewitnesses say an older woman drove a vehicle into the storefront, shattering the glass entrance and sending debris throughout the business.
During the crash, a man was trapped beneath the vehicle with a tire pinning his leg. In a dramatic and heroic moment, several bystanders—including barbers and customers from the nearby Nells Barber Shop—rushed out and worked together to lift the car off the man.
