According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. on September 2 in the 800 block of Barnesville Drive in Rush Township. Authorities report that Raymond Dawson of Rush Township was behind the wheel of one of the vehicles when it collided with a transit van.
