Columbus Township, PA (September 17, 2025) — A late-night collision in Warren County claimed the life of a Jamestown man after his motorcycle struck another vehicle head-on.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred just before 9 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, along State Highway 957, east of Stacy Street in Columbus Township. Authorities say 38-year-old James Larson of Jamestown, New York, was riding eastbound on a motorcycle when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
Larson died at the scene from his injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, a 19-year-old, was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital with suspected minor injuries. Emergency personnel responded quickly, and the crash remains under investigation.
