According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident took place around 2:20 a.m. on November 22 along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 near mile marker 198. A truck tractor pulling a semi-trailer reportedly collided with the rear right side of another 18-wheeler that was also traveling eastbound.
