Ector County, TX (November 21, 2025) – A woman from Odessa tragically lost her life in a collision involving a passenger SUV and a commercial truck earlier this week in Ector County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deadly crash took place on the night of November 19 at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 866 and West University Boulevard. Jamie Lynn Flores, 38, was driving a 2019 Nissan Armada and was stopped at the intersection heading west on University Boulevard. She attempted to enter FM 866 but failed to yield the right of way and was struck by a 2025 Peterbilt truck hauling a trailer that was traveling north.
