Bryan, TX (September 10, 2025) – Five people were hurt, including three young children, in a serious two-vehicle crash Monday night in Bryan.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened around 9:00 p.m. on September 8 along Elmo Weedon Road. Authorities say the driver of a 2020 Jeep Gladiator was reaching for a bottle on the vehicle floorboard when they drifted into the opposite lane and struck a westbound 2024 Honda Pilot.
The Honda was driven by a 30-year-old woman traveling with her three children, ages 10, 8, and 4. All were injured in the crash. Officials noted the 4-year-old, while in a car seat, had not been properly buckled in and sustained serious injuries. The other two children had minor injuries, and the driver of the Gladiator also suffered possible injuries.
All five victims were transported to a local hospital. The incident remains under investigation.
