Dallas, TX (August 12, 2025) – A late-night collision in southern Dallas claimed one life and left others injured on Sunday, August 10.
According to reports, officers responded to the 300 block of South Masters Drive shortly before 11 p.m. Authorities say an SUV traveling south on Masters Drive collided with a car turning north onto Old Seagoville Road, ejecting the driver from the car. Both vehicles spun into the northbound lanes and struck a third vehicle that was waiting to turn west onto Old Seagoville Road.
The ejected driver died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the SUV sustained minor injuries and were treated. The third vehicle’s occupants were not reported injured.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
