Officials say 28-year-old Andre-Marcel Devieux was driving a Jeep Cherokee southbound when the vehicle veered into the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a Volkswagen.
The Volkswagen’s driver, 34-year-old Henry Foster, sustained serious injuries, while a 28-year-old woman riding as a passenger also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
