Corona, CA (November 13, 2025) — Two people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday evening on State Route 91 near the Interstate 15 interchange, according to officials.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:56 p.m. on November 12 in the eastbound lanes of SR-91 at I-15. At least three vehicles were involved, including a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox and a black 2016 Ford Mustang.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported two individuals to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Both the Equinox and the Mustang sustained visible damage and were towed from the roadway.
