Denton, TX (August 15, 2025) – Authorities have identified the woman killed in a Friday night crash in Denton as 58-year-old Rossana Cacal, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office. The deadly accident occurred around 10 p.m. on Windsor Drive at Northway near Bonnie Brae Street.
According to reports, a vehicle traveling westbound on Windsor was turning onto Northway when it failed to yield and was struck on the passenger side by an eastbound vehicle. Cacal, a passenger in the westbound car and a chef at The Chestnut Tree restaurant in Denton, was rushed to a hospital where she later died.

Kendrick was booked into the City of Denton Jail and later bonded out on August 16 on a $62,500 bond.
