Colusa County, CA (August 21, 2025) – One person is dead and another was airlifted to a hospital following a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday in Arbuckle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
According to reports, the collision occurred around 5:51 a.m. on August 20 on the southbound side of the 5 Freeway, just north of the Hahn Road off-ramp.
Authorities stated that a vehicle veered across multiple lanes of traffic for unknown reasons and traveled down an embankment. During the crash, one occupant was ejected from the vehicle, and at least two others were reportedly trapped inside.
