Bristol, FL (August 21, 2025) – A Bristol man sustained serious injuries in a violent three-vehicle crash on State Road 20 near Solomon Street late Monday morning.
According to reports, the accident occurred at approximately 10:20 a.m. on August 19 in front of the Piggly Wiggly in Bristol. A 64-year-old Panama City man was driving eastbound in one truck when he attempted to merge into the lane of a second eastbound truck driven by a 48-year-old, also from Panama City. The sideswipe collision caused the first vehicle to rotate and veer into oncoming traffic.
That vehicle then collided with a westbound truck driven by a 29-year-old Bristol man. The impact caused the first vehicle to overturn and come to rest partially on top of the third truck.
