Gloucester Township, NJ (August 22, 2025) – Two people were hospitalized following a fiery two-vehicle crash late Wednesday night in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township.
According to reports, the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. on August 20 along the 600 block of Hickstown Road. Authorities say a car was traveling westbound when the driver lost control, veered into the eastbound lane, and collided head-on with an SUV. The impact triggered a fire in at least one of the vehicles.
A nearby resident reportedly used a fire extinguisher to control the flames before emergency personnel arrived. Both drivers were taken to nearby hospitals. The car’s driver sustained serious injuries, though updates on their condition—as well as that of the SUV driver—have not been disclosed.
