Washington County, PA (August 26, 2025) – Two individuals were hospitalized following a serious multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on Route 22 in Hanover Township Monday evening.
According to reports, the collision occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. on August 25 along the eastbound side of Route 22 near mile marker 1. The crash involved a tractor-trailer and two other vehicles. Emergency responders quickly arrived on scene, where one victim was airlifted to UPMC Presbyterian and another was transported via ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital. The current condition of the victims has not been released.
