ST. LOUIS, MO (January 7, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision occurred late Tuesday night on the westbound I-44 ramp to MO 141, resulting in moderate injuries to one driver, according to a report from Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident took place around 11:41 PM when a 2020 Chevrolet Spark, driven by a 52-year-old male from Dittmer, MO, reportedly spun out while exiting the ramp due to excessive speed for the conditions. The vehicle ended up facing east on the ramp. A 2020 Honda CR-V, driven by a 24-year-old male from Cedar Hill, MO, was unable to avoid the Spark and collided with its front.
The driver of the Honda CR-V sustained moderate injuries and was transported by private conveyance to St. Luke’s Hospital. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. The Chevrolet Spark was driven from the scene, while the Honda CR-V was towed by McNamara’s Towing.
