Washington County, PA (August 27, 2025) – A commercial truck driver lost his life Monday afternoon in a fatal hit-and-run incident on Route 22 in Robinson Township, Washington County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 46-year-old Brian Everhart was parked along the side of Route 22, just east of the Route 576 interchange, around 4:00 p.m. on August 25. He had pulled over to inspect a mechanical issue on his truck and was standing outside the vehicle when he was hit by an oncoming driver who did not stop at the scene.
