According to NYSP, the crash occurred on August 29 as Frederick Raymon was traveling north along Lake Road. Authorities said Raymon failed to navigate a left turn, causing his vehicle to veer off the roadway. The car struck a tree before slamming into a stone wall.
Raymon, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personnel. No other vehicles were involved in the incident, and the roadway was temporarily closed while police investigated.
