According to the Florida Highway Patrol, emergency crews responded to the crash shortly after 6:30 a.m. on September 2. The crash involved at least two vehicles and prompted a rapid response from both law enforcement and Orlando Fire Rescue.
One person had to be extricated from a vehicle before being rushed to a nearby hospital with injuries. Two additional individuals were involved but reportedly did not suffer serious harm.
