Bryan, TX (January 15, 2025) – A tragic head-on collision in Bryan early Sunday morning left two drivers dead and one passenger critically injured, according to the Bryan Police Department.
The crash occurred around 1:55 a.m. on January 12 in the 6800 block of John Sharp Parkway. Authorities report that a 2017 Honda Accord, driven by 29-year-old Rebecca Franklin, was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes when it collided head-on with a 2019 Honda Civic.
The driver of the Civic, identified as 19-year-old Nikolas Trapp, and Franklin both succumbed to their injuries at the scene. A passenger in the Civic was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.
