Tallahassee, FL (October 4, 2025) – Two people were seriously hurt, including one ejected from a vehicle, during a crash on Interstate 10 Thursday afternoon in Tallahassee, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 4 p.m. on October 2 near mile marker 196 on the westbound side of I-10. A truck carrying two occupants crashed, resulting in one of the individuals being ejected from the vehicle.
Both the driver and passenger sustained injuries ranging from severe to critical and were transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for emergency treatment.
The crash temporarily shut down all westbound lanes ahead of rush hour. By 4:32 p.m., FHP had downgraded the incident to a minor crash, with shoulder lanes remaining blocked briefly while responders cleared the scene.
