According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 6:34 p.m. on October 13 and involved at least three vehicles — a gray Jeep Wagoneer, a dark-colored sedan, and another unidentified sedan. The crash blocked the first three lanes of SR-51 as well as the Arden Way on-ramp, leading to significant delays during peak traffic hours.
One individual was transported to Sutter Medical Center for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
