According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just after 6 p.m. when a 2019 Infiniti Q60, driven by 39-year-old Hayley Palmer of Bellefontaine, began to slow down in preparation for a turn into a private driveway. At that moment, a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 18-year-old Ke’Shawn Blackwell of Huntsville struck the Infiniti from behind.
