Bruceville-Eddy, TX (November 24, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 sent multiple people to the hospital Friday morning in Bruceville-Eddy, according to local officials.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash took place around 7:45 a.m. on November 23, in the northbound lanes of I-35 near mile marker 317. A waste management truck reportedly slammed into a semi-truck that was parked on the highway shoulder. The force of the impact caused the truck to continue forward, where it then collided with a Ford Bronco.
Emergency crews extricated the waste management truck driver from the wreckage. He was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The drivers of both the semi-truck and the Ford Bronco were also hospitalized.
Authorities are still working to determine the exact cause of the crash.
