Bexar County, TX (November 30, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash in west Bexar County claimed one life and injured three others Wednesday evening, authorities confirmed.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred around 6:00 p.m. on November 26 at the intersection of State Highway 211 and Potranco Road. Deputies responded to the scene where three vehicles had collided for reasons still under investigation.
Four people from two of the vehicles were transported to nearby hospitals. Tragically, one person succumbed to their injuries while in care. The driver of the third vehicle remained at the scene and is reportedly cooperating with the investigation.
Impairment was ruled out as a factor. Emergency crews shut down the intersection temporarily during response and cleanup operations.
