Lampeter Township, PA (November 30, 2025) — Two people lost their lives and two others were critically injured in a violent head-on crash Friday night in Lancaster County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the fatal collision occurred around 9:41 p.m. on November 28 at the intersection of Lampeter Road and Paramount Avenue. Authorities arrived to find two heavily damaged vehicles—a white Honda Civic and a white Nissan sedan.
The male driver of the Honda, identified as 25-year-old Luke Debruin of East Lampeter Township, and a passenger in the Nissan, 64-year-old Terry Thomas of Hamburg, Pennsylvania, were both pronounced dead at 11:48 p.m. by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
A second female and a male from the Nissan were rushed to Lancaster General Hospital in critical condition. Their current status has not been publicly disclosed.
The crash is still under investigation, and Lampeter Road was closed for several hours for scene reconstruction.
