Jazmin Allende, a 35-year-old resident of Wadley, was operating a Kia Soul when her vehicle collided head-on with a Ford F-250 under still-unclear circumstances.

Authorities report that Allende was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision and died at the scene.
