Huntington Beach, CA (December 4, 2025) – A violent multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday, December 3, resulted in one fatality and left three others injured in Huntington Beach. The collision occurred just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of Heil Avenue and Goldenwest Street, involving at least seven vehicles, according to local authorities.
According to the California Highway Patrol, preliminary reports indicate the driver of a gray Tesla Model 3 was speeding through the intersection when the vehicle lost control and struck multiple other cars. The Tesla rolled several times before coming to a stop approximately 150 yards away. The driver, a 37-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
Three additional people were injured, including two Orange County probation officers. One officer required hospitalization for further treatment. Authorities have not confirmed whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
