According to Bay County Law Enforcement, the crash took place at approximately 11:57 a.m. on December 4 near the 3100 block of West 23rd Street. The incident involved a tan Subaru Crosstrek and a dark gray SUV. Authorities reported that the SUV fled the scene traveling north on Highway 390.
