Loyalsock Township, PA (December 8, 2025) – A chaotic chain of events unfolded Saturday afternoon in Loyalsock Township when a driver reportedly suffered a medical emergency, resulting in a pickup truck plowing through multiple properties before crashing into a residence.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred around 1 p.m. on December 6. The driver of a Ford pickup was traveling westbound on East Third Street when the vehicle initially struck a car near Northway Road. From there, it veered onto Faxon Parkway, colliding with a roadside sign, striking the east side of an office building, and hitting a large boulder with such force that it was pushed several feet onto a sidewalk.
The vehicle then crossed Faxon Parkway again before finally crashing into the front of a home at 830 Faxon Parkway. Damage to the home included a broken water line, and the truck narrowly missed the gas line, raising further safety concerns. Emergency crews quickly shut off the water and secured the area.
The driver was transported to UPMC Williamsport for treatment. No other injuries were reported, and the investigation is being led by state troopers.
