According to the California Highway Patrol, officers received an automated crash alert around 1:30 a.m. on December 15, reporting a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Cherry Avenue and American Avenue. The 38-year-old Nissan driver and his three adult passengers were transported to a hospital with injuries reported as pain-related.
