Phoenix, AZ (December 18, 2025) – A late-night pedestrian crash in downtown Phoenix has claimed the life of 84-year-old William Sinclair.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Phoenix police and emergency crews responded to the scene at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Fillmore Street shortly before 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16.
