Preliminary investigations revealed that a 2024 Harley-Davidson Road Glide, operated by Robert Ira Horenberg, 69, of Potomac, Maryland, was heading eastbound when it veered off the right side of the roadway. The motorcycle struck a stump, causing Horenberg to be ejected.
