Apple Valley, CA (December 12, 2025) – A tragic collision in Apple Valley left one person dead and two others injured Monday afternoon. The crash occurred at approximately 4:36 p.m. at the intersection of Waalew Road and Corwin Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident involved a lime green Honda Civic and a gray Chevrolet pickup truck. Both vehicles came to a stop on the north side of Waalew Road. One person inside the Honda was trapped and critically injured. Firefighters from the Apple Valley Fire Protection District responded to the scene, extricated the occupant, and provided medical care.
