According to reports, the accident occurred just before 6 p.m. in the parking lot of a Bel Air grocery store located along Rush River Drive. Sacramento police responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck and found that 36-year-old Sacramento resident Linda Angelica Tracy had been operating the vehicle before it pinned her against a parked car.

First responders declared Tracy deceased at the scene. Two minors who were passengers in her vehicle were unharmed.
