Llano, CA (January 19, 2026) — A deadly multi-vehicle collision along Pearblossom Highway this past Wednesday resulted in the death of a 40-year-old woman, according to local authorities.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before noon on January 14, 2026, near 195th Street in an unincorporated stretch between Llano and El Mirage, straddling Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. The collision involved a 2012 Chevrolet pickup, a 2015 Peterbilt big rig hauling two dump trailers, and a 2026 Range Rover.
Authorities say the Chevrolet, heading west, veered over the center line and struck the oncoming big rig. The impact caused the Peterbilt and its trailers to veer into the westbound lane and crash into the Range Rover. Elya Tsatinyan, a rear-seat passenger in the Range Rover, was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene from multiple blunt force injuries.
The crash is still under investigation by the CHP Antelope Valley Area office.
