Sandy Springs, GA (July 10, 2026) – A three vehicle crash involving a Georgia State Patrol trooper caused significant traffic delays Tuesday afternoon along GA 400 in Sandy Springs and left two people injured.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, the collision occurred shortly before 3:45 p.m. on July 7 in the northbound lanes of GA 400 near Abernathy Road. Investigators said a trooper was traveling north when traffic came to a sudden stop.
