Fallowfield Township, PA (July 18, 2026) – A 24-year-old Ruffs Dale man, Jacob Matthew Huber, was killed in a wrong-way crash on the Mon-Fayette Expressway in Washington County early on July 14. The head-on collision occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Pennsylvania Route 43 near the Donora exit.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Huber was traveling south when another vehicle traveling north in the southbound lanes collided head-on with his car.
