The collision occurred at approximately 6:45 p.m. on August 6 and involved a black Ford Mustang and a silver Nissan Sentra. The Anderson County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as 32-year-old Shaquan Akeem Thompson and 47-year-old Ronnie Lee Holder, both of Anderson.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the fatal crash remains under investigation alongside the Anderson County Coroner’s Office. Preliminary findings indicate the Ford Mustang, driven by Thompson, was traveling west on Snow Road when it crossed the center line and collided head-on with the eastbound Nissan Sentra driven by Holder.
