Norfolk, NE (August 27, 2026) – A 54-year-old man suffered serious crush injuries in a workplace accident involving a crane at the Nucor Steel plant northeast of Norfolk on Tuesday morning, August 25. Emergency crews were dispatched to the facility at 2911 East Nucor Road at approximately 10 a.m.
