Tucson, AZ (September 18, 2026) – Three people lost their lives in a wrong-way crash west of Tucson early Sunday morning on September 13. The fatal collision occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on State Route 86 near milepost 159.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety , 32-year-old Jordan Alexander Lee McMillan of Tucson was driving a gray Ford SUV eastbound in the westbound lanes of State Route 86 when the vehicle collided head-on with an oncoming black Chevrolet passenger vehicle.
McMillan was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet, Alfred Manuel, 47, and his passenger, Kayla Manuel, 34, both of Sells, were pronounced dead at the scene.
