According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the September 20 accident occurred at approximately 11:38 a.m. Fabien Diego Guerrero, 31, was driving a white 2005 Toyota Scion south on Farm to Market Road 2220 when the vehicle entered the northbound lane and collided with a black 2026 Cadillac Escalade traveling north.
Fabien Diego Guerrero was pronounced dead at the scene. His father, 64-year-old Fabian Guerrero, was transported to DHR, where he later died from his injuries.
