Irwindale, CA (October 4, 2024) – Samuel Stultz, 39, has been identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner as the man who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Irwindale on Thursday afternoon.
The incident occurred on the 210 Freeway near Irwindale Avenue around 2:40 p.m. on October 1. According to the California Highway Patrol, Stultz was attempting to run across the freeway when he was hit by a passing vehicle.
Stultz was pronounced dead at the scene.
