According to reports, the severe crash happened around 2:50 a.m. on South Broad Street on July 2. Surveillance footage captured a white Chevy pickup speeding through heavy rain, running a red light and gate before crashing into a Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad freight train already crossing the tracks.
