Ash Grove, MO (July 22, 2025) – Two women were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon following a serious two-vehicle crash along Route F in Greene County, south of Ash Grove.
According to reports, the collision occurred at approximately 1:35 p.m. on July 22, about five miles south of Ash Grove near West Farm Road 84. A 39-year-old woman from Ash Grove was driving a 2010 Chevrolet HHR eastbound and attempted to make a left turn onto Route F when her vehicle was struck by a southbound 2014 Ford Focus operated by a 58-year-old woman from Springfield.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed from the scene by Mid MO Towing. Emergency responders from Mount Vernon Ambulance District transported the Chevrolet driver to Cox South and the Ford driver to Mercy Springfield. Both drivers were reported to have moderate injuries. Troopers continue to investigate the incident.
