According to reports, the crash occurred at approximately 7:27 p.m. on July 31 at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and 4th Street. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that a nine-year-old boy riding an electric scooter was fatally struck by the RV.
The Los Angeles Fire Department stated that a 19-year-old individual was also injured in the incident and was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
