Cleburne, TX (August 15, 2025) — A 38-year-old man from Cleburne was killed in a motorcycle crash earlier this month west of the city, according to local authorities.
According to reports, the fatal crash occurred at approximately 7:40 a.m. on August 3 along the westbound side of Highway 67 near County Road 1226 A. The man was riding a motorcycle westbound on the highway when he attempted to pass another westbound vehicle. During the maneuver, he collided head-on with an eastbound pickup truck.
Emergency responders arrived on scene and pronounced the motorcyclist dead. His identity has not yet been released, pending family notification. The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
