Baldwin County, AL (August 17, 2025) – A tragic single-vehicle crash Friday afternoon left one woman dead and a man injured along Interstate 65 in Baldwin County.
According to reports, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said the crash occurred around 2:40 p.m. on August 15, approximately six miles north of Bay Minette. A 2008 Chevrolet Silverado left the roadway, overturned, and struck a tree.
The passenger, identified as 45-year-old Molly Susanne Randles of Decatur, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 47-year-old Rocky Ray Randles II, also of Decatur, was seriously injured and airlifted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola for treatment. One lane of Interstate 65 was blocked for a period of time as authorities worked the crash.
