News sources show that the deadly crash occurred around 2 a.m. on July 4 on Inman Road in Kalkaska County. Michigan State Police reported that the off-road vehicle was carrying five people when it rolled over. The driver, a 33-year-old man from Albion, has been arrested and booked into the Kalkaska County Jail on charges of operating while intoxicated causing death and two counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury.
