Tri-Cities, WA (October 21, 2025) – A 32-year-old Kennewick man lost his life in a collision with a semi truck Monday afternoon on Interstate 82 near the Tri-Cities area.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred around 3:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025. Grant A. Kerr was driving a 2003 Honda Accord westbound on I-82 when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle collided with a semi truck and trailer.
Kerr, who was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the big rig, identified as 37-year-old Juan A. Bermudez-Delacruz of Moses Lake, was not injured.
