Millcreek, PA (August 27, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle car accident near the intersection of West Ridge Road and Asbury Road left a 10-year-old child critically injured on Tuesday afternoon in Millcreek.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the incident took place around 4 p.m. on August 26, when a grey Kia Sedona heading eastbound in the left lane of West Ridge Road struck a vehicle that was stopped in the left turning lane at the intersection. The impact caused the Kia to continue through the intersection, where it crashed into a blue Mazda. Both vehicles then veered off the road into the parking lot of the Public House restaurant and collided with several parked cars.
The injured child was a passenger in the Mazda. Emergency crews transported the child to Pittsburgh for further treatment. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
